I have seen a green focus around for a few months now, but this last week has sent me into a frenzy, I am not going to lie to you. Over the last few days, I have seen so much, it has made me feel excited about this colour featuring in magazines, fashion and interiors. Wherever I wandered I found myself coming across this jewel colour, which has a rich, luxurious tone, and is a big talk on everyone’s lips at the moment. I even fell in love with a dark emerald green top to go out with the girls, and in the shops, there are some beautiful pieces, that go so well with my vintage gold jewellery I have acquired recently.

My dining room is in the midst of its transformation. With salvaged metal industrial letters, in different colours, and grey walls, I decided to paint my cabinet a rich green, to add focus to the room, and I love the result. My cabinet is only half finished but already looks the part.

This colour always looks amazing as texture, in velvet, silk, satin, fur, and has such a luxurious feel, that it will add so much to any room. Mixed with an eclectic style, adding gold side tables, or a touch of gold by accessories will just glamour the whole thing up. Whether its whole rooms painted in this rich colour, or just adding a green sofa, or going very daring, and having a green kitchen, this colour trend is going to be here for a while, and I am loving it. There has always been the saying Blue and green should never be seen but using them together in interiors right now is a trend that can only grow, especially when adding lots of texture, woods, and on trend metals into the mix.

Graham and Green have some perfect accessories for adding glamour, and a gold touch to your rich Jewel theme. Loving this gold parrot mirror on the website now priced at £195.00, but there are so many lovely gold mirrors on there, it might be hard to choose which one!  They also have some pretty amazing gold coffee tables and side tables. My love for side tables is strong at the moment, but will leave that for another day!

Adding this gold drinks trolley by Rockett St George would add a kind of Hollywood glamour a girl can dream about, all you have to do is decide which tipple is going to adorn your side. Right, I am off to find a beautiful green piece of clothing for my wardrobe!

I am really enjoying the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any web browser coittaibilmpy problems? A few of my blog readers have complained about my blog not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any advice to help fix this problem?
